  1. Is that really a quality mattress in a box? Yes, it is. We use quality components, all proven and tested for the highest standards of performance. Our suppliers have been supplying components to the industry for generations. It is common in the foam mattress industry for mattresses to come compressed and rolled. They expand within a couple hours, ready to provide you with a great night’s sleep!
  2. Can I select from different covers for my new mattress? Our EcoZees line has a full offering of various coverings. Choose from aloe vera, bamboo, and COOLMAX®. These coverings offer a variety of benefits to energize your skin, ward off bacteria, absorb moisture, and lower your carbon footprint for starters. See the detailed product descriptions for more information.For our other lines, Zees provides one standard cover. That keeps our overhead low, and therefore our prices better than our competition. Many mattress brands buy from the same component suppliers then simply assemble and add their own patterned cover and brand name to the mattress…and raise the price dramatically. Zees doesn’t do this. Since it is recommended to cover any mattress with a mattress pad for easy washing and longer mattress life, other than when you purchase the mattress, you won’t see it very often. That’s why we spend money on what’s inside the mattress rather than on fancy patterns for the outside. That said, we are considering some new possibilities for covers in line with our socially responsible mission. These specialty covers would contribute funds to designated charities, so stay in touch to hear more about this in the future.

  4. Do I need any special tools? No, just open your package and in no time at all, your Zees mattress and box spring are ready for bed.
  5. Are the beds comfortable and supportive? Yes. At the heart of every Zees mattress is a unique core manufactured to exacting standards. Whether foam or coil, Zees mattresses are built with high quality components.The Fervid foam mattress is built with the Viscoelastic comfort system, providing a responsive sleep surface that dynamically supports as it cushions. It is luxuriously responsive to individual body shapes and weights to ensure the ideal sleep surface.Each responsive coil of the Verve mattress is encased in durable soft fabric, allowing the mattress surface to quietly and gently conform to your unique body contours, as it provides individual posturizing support. The separately pocketed coils also allow your sleep partner the same personal comfort, but without disturbing your good night’s sleep – no motion transfer!
  6. How thick is the mattress? Check the product descriptions for details. Our mattresses range from 8 to 10 inches thick.
  7. How easy will it be to take along if I move? Zeesy! Just unzip the mattress, remove the sections and off you go. You won’t need a friend to help you get your bed down the stairs because the components can be carried individually. An individual person can move the entire bed alone. When you get to where you are going, reverse the process and you are good to go.
  8. How quickly can I get my bed? Zees ships all orders within 48 hours via UPS ground. This shipping is free! If you need priority shipping, let us know and we will do all we can to accommodate your needs.
  9. Free shipping? Shipping to the 48 contiguous states is always free. We can arrange shipping to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, and Canada. You also have the option for express delivery of your order. If you are interested in any of these options, please email customerservice@zees.com
  10. I prefer eco friendly products. Can you help me? Yes. EcoZees is a full line of eco friendly foam and latex mattresses.

We know your frustration and want to take all the hassle out of your mattress buying experience, so we’ve kept our selection simple and to the point. We believe we have the product most consumers want. A Zees mattress is not too hard, not too soft, and it’s the perfect combination of comfort and support.   12. Will I need a special set of sheets for the Zees mattress? No. Zees beds are the same standard sizes as other mattress industry manufacturers. Your current set of sheets will easily fit a Zees mattress.
  13. What if I need a box spring? True to our commitment of hassle-free shopping, we carry an innovative foldable box spring in all sizes. Unfold it and the box spring looks and feels like all other box springs – strong and sturdy steel and wood. Fold it back up and the box spring is half its size and easily transported. If you ever had trouble moving a queen or king box spring upstairs or around tight corners, that problem has just been solved! You will love Zees foldable box spring.

  14. What credit cards can I use? Zees accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.
  15. Where does my Instant Credit show up? Your Instant Credit is applied during the checkout process. Though it is not immediately visible in your shopping cart when you order, rest assured it shows up within a couple screens and most certainly BEFORE you commit to the order and your credit card is submitted.
